Finishing up my third month in UAC with no missed days. If you knew me then, you'd know this is not my normal MO. Without this group and TBL group, I would have quit by now and would be on the way to gaining all my lost weight back. But instead, I'm one month closer to meeting my goal weight!
There's been a fabulous transformation in my life and food has been dethroned. I no longer think about food every day. I eat at the scheduled time and no long graze all day long.
I actually have a life now and can go to social events without the high anxiety I used to deal with being around so much food. Now, I can have a plate of chips and dip in front of me at a table with friends and not eat any. I can sit next to someone eating fried chicken tenders and french fries and not desire that, but look forward to eating the lemon pepper fish with broccoli and carrots.
I am so thankful that I found both of these groups and for the impact they have had in my transformation. It's really quite miraculous!7 -

Had my first Barre class today, it was fun and really worked my muscles.
My husbands 92 year old Aunt asked us out for dinner and there was no way I wasn’t going. I adore Aunt Lily Bell and she adores manhattans and good food.
I actually ordered very sensibly and am only slightly over but it is what it is.
P.S. we also adopted our second rescue dog today, she is a sweet but timid and scared little girl and I have so much work to do with her!4 -

@victorious55 Thank you very much!! The UAC stays alive and vibrant by inviting new people in. The truth is that team members come and go as it fits their life. To stay vital and serving others, I need other team mates help to share their own stories.

This is a rare day for me. It's not often that MFP warns me that I did not consume enough calories. I feel better today and I went to work. Nonetheless, I don't have any appetite. That is not a first, but it sure is not often.
Calories: under my limit by 50%
