@victorious55 Thank you very much!! The UAC stays alive and vibrant by inviting new people in. The truth is that team members come and go as it fits their life. To stay vital and serving others, I need other team mates help to share their own stories.

This is a rare day for me. It's not often that MFP warns me that I did not consume enough calories. I feel better today and I went to work. Nonetheless, I don't have any appetite. That is not a first, but it sure is not often.
Calories: under my limit by 50%
Tracking: ok
Exercise: a really slow 20 minute walk3 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 40 min elliptical plus 10k steps.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes.3 -

But I am STILL declaring Maintenance Start on April 1 (due to many factors in my life right now, and am already (still) a bit below where I THOUGHT my maintenance zone would be when I first got serious 23 months / 48 pounds ago)
And I DID buy my new dance-slippers (60% on sale) yesterday .... too good a deal to pass up!1 -

Me too. I haven't felt this successful in about 10 years. I have no idea how these groups work though with MFP...???1
