Nobody says it better than our team members. Here is @BonnieHosk85 yesterday's post:
Finishing up my third month in UAC with no missed days. If you knew me then, you'd know this is not my normal MO. Without this group and TBL group, I would have quit by now and would be on the way to gaining all my lost weight back. But instead, I'm one month closer to meeting my goal weight!
There's been a fabulous transformation in my life and food has been dethroned. I no longer think about food every day. I eat at the scheduled time and no long graze all day long.
I actually have a life now and can go to social events without the high anxiety I used to deal with being around so much food. Now, I can have a plate of chips and dip in front of me at a table with friends and not eat any. I can sit next to someone eating fried chicken tenders and french fries and not desire that, but look forward to eating the lemon pepper fish with broccoli and carrots.
I am so thankful that I found both of these groups and for the impact they have had in my transformation. It's really quite miraculous!11 -

@BonnieHosk85, that's such awesome progress. Way to go! I happily had fruit at today's staff meeting and wasn't even tempted by the donuts and muffins. These victories add up to great progress!6 -
@fitphoenix, back at ya. Donuts are hard to resist. Good job!!

A long weekend staying with my kidney twin is not the easiest way to keep on track. I didn't log or exercise (between him getting tired so easily and my broken arm). Totally worth the time to connect with him, his kids and his new girl friend though. Hoping for approval for the surgery any day now...
Back on track now that I'm back home. Logged all my food, under calories and did a little bit of exercise (warm up at jiu jitsu class, because I went to visit!)
Also got permission to start driving again, so my life becomes a bit easier and I can plan exercise into my schedule, not try and fit it into everyone else's!!!!4 -

@Dory_42, really neat you can spend time with your kidney twin! And driving again, yay!! I hope you get your approval soon.
Thank you @RangerRickL for this group! I’m so glad I found it😊 I did Fat to Fit for a year and really liked it, but I’m enjoying this with the exercise and your daily things you have us think about, post! I let my husband and friend how how much I appreciate them and it was great for all of us👊🏻😎3 -
