    for some reason i'm having an hard time accessing the community page on my app on my phone, I've been getting an error message unavailable. Anyone else having this issue?

    I enjoy reading all of your posts and wish I could respond, but being at work, my computer isn't letting me do certain things and taking notes is a bit time consuming. So you know, I think you guys are the best and I really am thankful for UAC!

    Exercise? Yes, two 20 minute walks outside. It was a beautiful day!

    YesX3- 49 min walk. Didn’t eat as good as I should have, as in having 5c fruits/veggies but I ate within cals and logged it all.

    I made chicken breast today, loads of onions and red and orange peppers. Yummy lunch!

    @BonnieHosk85 congrats on almost getting to goal and staying on track! I’m sure you are so proud of yourself and you should be!! And wonderful news about your bloodwork too, yay🥳 You are very inspiring! I’m thinking The Biggest Loser is your other challenge.

    @Dory_42, really neat you can spend time with your kidney twin! And driving again, yay!! I hope you get your approval soon.

I’m so glad I found it😊 I did Fat to Fit for a year and really liked it, but I’m enjoying this with the exercise and your daily things you have us think about, post!
