Does anyone know of a good shampoo and/or conditioner for menopausal hair? My hair is falling out!

Assuming your hair is dry, the best option is to not shampoo it every day, shoot for once a week or once a month depending on how your hair responds. Just condition it every day, work the conditioner into the scalp and then through the ends of the hair, then leave it on about 2 min, and rinse off. Conditioner will clean your hair, but it's more gentle and needs a bit of extra time.

The best conditioner that I have found for moisture is Mane & Tail, which I recommend getting at a local feed and seed store because it will be cheaper as a horse product than buying it as a people product. But it's the same thing, wherever you buy it. Very high lanolin content, so if you are allergic to lanolin, don't use it.
