10 years ago I did ww and got sick throwing up when I got my weight down, I am sure too low.

This week I got sick like that again after doing low carb since July. It worked great for me but this week I got a stomach bug or my weight is down too low (I get carried away). I have been eating more and if I gain a few pounds that is fine.

Maybe my immune system is not good, I did not take any vitamins or anything. I sure have had a sick weak and realize most important is to be healthy. I don't want to give up like I have in the past. Hope to eat for couple of weeks more calories and then get back on track and not let my weight get too low. (Either my weight is too low or stomach bug?) I just had a physical so everything including blood work good. I will keep you posted on how I do. Anyone get sick from low carb, planning on putting some more carbs in for couple of weeks.

The flu bugs are rampant. I have one too and it's been years since one found me. Right now it is a major weezy chest congestion and a "razor-y" throat. I'm using mine as an excuse to lay in bed and do nothing but surf the internet. :)

    Feel better soon.

yes when you get sick you feel like giving up. Reality is we will get sick at times. I love having my weight down so I will not log til I feel better and hopefully get back on track.

I am claiming flu. I hope you turn the corner on whatever it is quickly.

I'm just coming off a week long flu. I also am doing a restart starting today. I tend to want comfort food when stressed/sick. Luckily I'm only up one pound, so I must've been eating close to maintenance.

I hope you feel better soon!

This is probably a bit off topic but since I started running 3 years ago I haven’t caught any bugs whatsoever. Apparently it’s great for your immune system. Just food for thought

I've been battling a cold for 3 weeks and last week I took a break. No logging, had oatmeal, ice cream and popcorn (my sick comfort foods). Pleasantly surprised at the scale this morning.
