Planned pass day #1
On vacation. Even though I think I did a pretty good job tracking and deliberately picked low calorie meals while eating out I believe I went over.
Racking up tons of dog walking miles so I hope the scale at least shows improvement when I get home4 -

Over by 250 calories. This was Day 3 of traveling from Palm Springs to home; 27 hours total trip. Fast Food quickly racks up the calories. Pass Day #1 already. Sheesh!!

Exercised? - Yes: 30 min dog walk.
Calories? - No: Not off to a good start, but I had a sick kiddo at home and not feeling too hot. Already back on track today so I know I can do this.
Tracked? - No: Really tried, but I know I missed some things.
I hope your child feels better @htebyoj, no fun for either of you. And you got a 30 min dog walk in!!!!😊

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes! I began Fitness Blenders #FBStrong 4 week program and interval running for 20 mins.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes! My meal prep is working for me. I wasnt hungry throughout the day.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes! It's already prepped and logged in the morning then I just follow the plan.2 -

Pass Day 1
Seventh day in a row at work and everyone else called in an off day. Considering I'm still on very limited use of my broken left arm, I'm impressed with how well I managed with feeding my pythons etc. My exercise was cancelled and I didn't bring stuff to do anything else, not that I actually had the time. Dropped tortoises off at the rehab sanctuary after work and got home super late so I was too tired to track...2 -

@AmyHammons1, I hope you are feeling better soon! I see "Pass #3" here on April 1 , written on April 3 .... did you realize that there is a separate thread for each day of the month?
@RangerRickL posts valuable info (and great graphics!) at the start of each day's thread, so be sure to check each new day! The April 3 one is about tracking ....
