1. Plan to be in winners circle (track everything as expected in this UAC)
2. Not more than 3 pass days
3. Stay honest (even if it puts me out of the circle for the month)
4. Forgive my mistakes (forgive myself) and don't leave the UAC for this month even if I failed
5. Encourage others where possible.
Following these goals was very helpful to me last month. Though I was off on goal #2.

Day 2 and I've blown it already!
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Run in the morning, dog walk in the evening.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No! I took my garmin off to charge so there's been no data for the last 4 hours. Put it back on to take the dog for a walk, sync'ed it, it's given me the calories for my run and walk and then MFP has taken most of them back as the 'garmin correction' thingy, leaving me with virtually no exercise allowance. I hate days like this!

I'm going to turn the 59 red calories into almost 100 red calories and go nibble slowly on a rice cake and pretend it's something indulgent!4 -

One hour aerobics and one hour of yoga. Just barely on Calories with no eat backs. I’m trying to be mindful of making sure I get enough calories, I’ve been under eating when my days are busy. Lol it’s been nice seeing the scale drop but it’s not healthy to let my calories drop.2 -

Agh first pass day already! I ate my feelings this evening after a day of taking care of sick kids and husband, feeling the stress of leaving on a trip tomorrow and dealing with fevers and sickness! I did get my exercise in this morning - Leslie Sansone 2 mile walk. April might be off to a bit of a challenging start with a getaway weekend to california with my hubby, but I’m determined to stick with checking in here!2
