    Yes! Rode my exercise bike for 30 minutes before work then took a 22 minute walk on my lunch.

    Still not feeling great, but starting to feel better I think.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes it's been easy because I haven't really been hungry. When I am suddenly starving I'll know I'm better.
