I know I shouldn't do this, but I'm going to pick up the challenge in May. In order for my dad to go home by the end of the month, I need to get things ready at his home and with his PT rehab. I'm going to try to not go off the rails, but too many challenges with how busy I am this month is getting kind of stressful. Fingers crossed he will be back in his home in May and I will have much more freedom and less mental stress.

Thoughts and prayers for you and your family.hugs to you.

    3 X’s Yes
Yoga and under by too many calories. It’s crazy that lately I’m focusing more on eating enough calories rather than eating too many.
UAC is really helping me be consistent.

@lamlam2013. Hope all does go well.

Try keep tracking using MFP even during the busy times (even if not reporting in). It makes later discovery of patterns that work for you so much easier.

I walked 3 miles and then forgot to put my Fitbit back on for most of the day... still managed to stay within my calorie limit and tracked everything!

    That’s yes x 3!

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 45 minutes strength training (bis, tris and shoulder burnout), followed by 2 hours of house cleaning. It's my day off after a crazy work week where I ran a 3-day Annual Conference and 2 1/2 day board meeting.

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and slightly under

Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!

I started UAC in January as I was new to MFP and needed to get back on track. It totally works and I have been able to lose about 5 lbs since January and keep it off. I continue to do it because it helps keep me accountable and on-point. I love this group!

    Yes x 3
    Date: Fri, 5th:
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes, just over the 20 minutes mark. This was the first time in a while that my ❤️ really wasn't into working out, but i did it for the UAC! (And that just also happens to be my "Why")

(TOM seems to be on the horizon so I'm blaming TOM for my unexplained sleepiness and blah personality today)

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes, as follows
    Daily Goal: 1200
    Food Eaten: -1607
    Exercise Cals: + 470
    Cals Remaining: + 63
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes
