Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes. Plenty of leftover, as I ate back almost NONE of the exercise calories.

Have to remember that, tomorrow ..... the alarm is for REAL! Already pre-cooked 4 breakfasts and 2 lunches just to be safe .....3 -

Long exhausting day managing a drone race competition. All went well. Flew well, still have all quads flyable (considering the speed of one of the collisions - hit aluminium gate while travelling at over 70mph - this is nothing short of incredible).
