Greetings to everyone after my month long hiatus. We have returned from vacation; and I am similarly returning to my UAC family. This latecomer is not "in it to win it" this month...but I am in it for accountability. So very nice to return to my virtual friends and make new ones, as well. Loved reading all the NSV's. My NSV would simply be that my maintenance clothes all still fit after not tracking for a month, so I consider that to be a win! I did keep up with the UAC activity requirement on a daily basis while we were away.
Exercise? Yes, 30 minute walk with DH and 2 dogs (our own dog, and we are now, also, dog sitting for our son).
Calories? Yes, under allowance
Tracked? Yes5 -
Yes x3. Strength training, walking and about to do some stretching/yoga.
Thanks for the video @craigo3154. It is so crazy to me that you can race at those speeds. I get dizzy just watching!
Welcome back @w8goal4life. I hope you had a wonderful vacation.
My NSV this month is being able to play on the monkey bars with my daughter. She swings like a total monkey and makes it look so easy! It takes more effort for me, but I’m now able to make it across and can still pull myself over to do flips and hang upside down. It’s fun to play like a kid again!8 -

Love NSV day - thanks for all the inspiration everyone.
At 7-8months pregnant mine continue to feel the opposite - less energy, tighter clothes, slower at walking, sleeping badly, out of breath quickly.
So instead, I'll take my NSV for the month that baby's continuing to grow well and it continues to be a healthy pregnancy.7 -
