I, and I alone, am responsible for the foods I choose to put in my body and make healthy decisions every day
I am gentle with myself and love myself at all times
I do not eat processed or fast food or give in to peer pressure to eat what is not healthy
I have a realistic view of myself and do not compare myself or my journey to others
