Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, walked 3 miles
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? No
Went to a gathering of old friends and didn't keep track of everything I ate.
Pass Day #53 -
Checking in for Wednesday and Thursday.
Wednesday was a good day, 3 X yes
Thursday not so good. 2 x yes and a no. Exercise was a yes, 6 mile run and 3 mile walk with the dog and a friend. A pub lunch to celebrate finishing our book, 50 walks in London, fish and chips (shared with the dog), logged as an IKEA meal as it seemed similar in size to theirs. Home and did Jillian Michaels' yoga workout, then sat in front of the TV watching a couple of recorded shows. I got up to do dinner and had no energy, my tofu hadn't defrosted enough to slice to do planned dinner so I had sausages and veg, same as hubby, still no energy, I followed this with a pack of popcorn and slice of bread and went to bed early. Having logged everything I'm 53 cals over for the day! Would have been ok if I'd felt better and gone for my after-dinner-walk. But hey ho, I'm now on industrial strength iron pills so hoping they'll kick in soon.
So that's 5 passes for me. Today is currently looking good, tomorrow is a planned pass day.4 -
