Writing this the evening of April
18, here in California.
Today, on my 500th day MFP Streak & the 1,203rd day of my Weight Loss Journey and 383 days as a UAC member (!) AND for the second day in a row, I have hit my lowest weight (150.4) and my target BMI of 22.5! Down 77.9 lbs.
Kinda cool it happened ~ 500 days on MFP. Thanks all!

Thank you SO Much. I’m just delighted!
I always had a thin body image even though I was overweight (I called it that but the truth is I was obese) from 11th grade on except for some weight loss times), so now when I look in the mirror, everything seems in sync.
I’m so grateful for your response. This is a huge deal. I have a healthy respect for what maintenance will require, but I continue to hope that by having taken so long to lose the weight Il(and UAC), I have a bevy if Habits to rely on AND since my body didn’t starve with my tiny daily deficits that things will go a bit easier. Also, my gain mid Feb to mid-March (which was sort of like my first dabble into maintenance) helped me learn how Fast it can begin to slip away. Vigilance is key, I tell myself!
Thanks again! I love the pretty flowers!
Hugs💕

I can only add "WHAT an inspiration!" And take to heart the highlighted line above (re what you realized during your first dabble in maintenance) as that is the transition I am in now.
Keep on keeping on to whatever you decide your new Maintenance Zone will be! And keep joyously making your daily art!

@MadisonMolly2017 What a joyous reason to celebrate the new you! You are an inspiration for all; and I have no doubt you will also succeed with maintenance. The first several months are worthy of adjustments, as needed, before settling in to your comfort zone.

Exercise? Yes, more dog walks...we should be down to one dog, again, this weekend.
Calories? Yes, on target.

A very Happy Easter weekend to those who celebrate and a peaceful weekend to those who don't. Prayers to those parishioners of Notre Dame Cathedral who continue to persevere with the celebration of Holy Week.

@MadisonMolly - congratulations on achieving your amazing milestone. Hugs!
@RangerRickL - thank you for the opportunity to participate in this group - for the second day in a row I've taken what would have been a "pass" on exercise and turned it into a success by being focused and creative. My gym is closed (for this long weekend) but my dogs were great company as we walked our neighborhood. Being accountable to the group is helping me develop good habits!7 -
3x’s Yes
I gardened for 3 hours and 1 hour yoga class. Under on calories by a small margin with no exercise eat backs.5 -

Thank you for modeling continued maintenance success (along with @RangerRickL & @craigo3154 & others!!)
Please pass on any advice tips anytime & I hope I can run obstacles that arise by you all for guidance. I have learned to seek help if things go sideways. Finally. Heehee
@craigo3154 your advice on maintenance was brilliant, specifically about how when you reach GW there may be things you’d like to be different about your body. I am focusing on loving what I’ve got Very timely advice. Thank you

I’m visiting family for Easter, so today was a travel day and definitely outside of my regular routine. But I worked out before I left in the morning, and when we went out for dinner, I shared an appetiser instead of eating the whole thing myself, and had it with salad. Trying to make overall healthy choices while still enjoying myself.
Family dinner tomorrow, but my mom was awesome and bought lots of fresh berries and salad greens and Greek yoghurt for me to have nutritious meals the rest of the day.
@MadisonMolly, congratulations! That’s such an awesome set of accomplishments.5 -

I came here thinking that confessing to pass days too often would keep me on track and yet here I am recording another one. Exercise was good, food choices were good up to the half bottle of wine with dinner; I'm so glad I let the lady behind me have that last bottle of 'Baileys' on the shelf in tesco yesterday, so at least that didn't feature in the post dinner gluttony.
Another pass day for me.4 -
