I’ve fluctuated in weight since my twenties always ending up heavier eventually and here I am...
Again! Heavier than ever with peri menopausal symptoms to boot, I now have blood pressure meds as hormonal fluctuations make my bp rise as well. A couple of weeks ago I went on utube and looked at what’s on there around exercising and now love it again, I look forward to it - low impact but achievable I walk it all out, 4x a week - fingers crossed it’ll have an impact - will let you know!

    Hi! I also like low-impact movement. I do Glo 5 times a week (it's an online yoga/pilates/meditation program), and that sets me up so that I feel confident. With Spring here and things defrosting, I will soon do gardening and walking. I feel like losing weight and reaching wellness goals in Spring is achievable! Good luck to you!

    Hey @elizabethhw, the program is Glo (used to be called YogaGlo). I also go to a physical yoga studio a couple times a week.
