You're doing great, especially by not going over your calorie limit on your cheat day :)
My cheat days are doubled or tripled :p

Ok haven’t been updating for 2 weeks now due to the Easter holiday, went camping and then off to overseas for work. So my eating schedule has gone off a bit because of the traveling and entertainment at work. Arg! No idea what’s the weight now, no scale. Haha!! Try to get back to OMAD routine again tomorrow. I’m sure I didn’t lose any weight but just hope I didn’t gain as well. Met up with my 2 friends today. One did 5 days water fast (for spiritual reason, she’s already very skinny and now she’s underweight), the other was overweight and she did 2 weeks of water fast, lost 14kg. The Muslim fasting month is coming and they were asking me to do fasting together with our Muslim friends as it would be quite good spiritually. I said I am already doing it with OMAD anyway. But not sure about dry fasting though. Maybe one day, I might do water fast for a few days as well for spiritual reason, but meanwhile, continue with OMAD till I reach my weight goal. Tomorrow, back to routine Arica!!! Say no to entertainment. Hahaha

Sure sounds like you're having a fun time and you have the right kind of company for your eating plan, even though you've gone off the rails a bit. lol Keep on having fun!

Haha! Ya. Malaysian food is just too nice. They are all saying that how can I only eat one meal a day? 🙈

Oh Malaysian food Nom Nom Nom

Making it work when life happens is half the battle... Omad set me up for success so even when I did that same thing for almost a YEAR I only gained about 4 pounds and got right back on track when I was ready :# you got this!

I totally agree ---you have to do what you can do that will work for you!!!

    Week 8
    CW: 62.8kg
    SW: 66.6kg
    Lost: 4.2kg

2 weeks of disruptions to OMAD. Hahaha! But phew! Consider it a success that I didn’t gain weight, just the delay in reaching my weight goal. Hope that it won’t be too hard to start OMAD again by having to go through the headaches and all. Another 1 week here in Malaysia, super super hot weather. If only the heat can melt the fat! 🤪

Freaking awesome that you haven't gained this whole time! Way to go! You'll have no problem maintaining once you reach your goal. Hope you have fun on the rest of your trip despite the heat... I hate high heat and especially when coupled with humidity, but I live in FL :-/ That's what air conditioners are for though :-)

Ok, haven’t really been OMAD for a while. Hahaha! Terrible. Trying to get back into it. CW at 61.7kg. Still quite a bit to go before I reach my GW. Need motivation to get back into OMAD. I find it a bit hard in winter when I seem to be hungrier than usual. I can do it!!!

You can do it👍 Did you say winter? It's going to be winter soon for us but winter came a little early. Where are you from, if you don't mind me asking? Good luck🍀👍

You got this!! I'm also struggling a bit getting back to OMADing on a more regular frequent basis. Sometimes we just have to really push through the struggle.

Maybe you could start back with just intermittent fasting. Like... don't eat anything until noon. Then just keep pushing the time back more and more when you feel comfortable doing it. Or do OMAD a few times a week at the start. Pick days where it wouldn't be too difficult to stick with it.

I agree with @LiLee2018 I would pick a couple of days, or do IF to get back into the swing....
