    Hey guys I'm new to this group, always have been involved in sports, but overweight. Portion control is something I have struggled to learn as an adult. I'm using a cutting HST program and logging my food. So grateful for this group! I have a lot of energy for this challenge. What can I say, I'm competive and really like winning. Lol!

    @mainelylisa, since you signed in on Sunday, 4/28, your weigh-in days will be Sunday. Your Week 1 weigh-in is the above weight you posted. We will have five weeks this month and your weigh-in days are 4/28, 5/5, 5/12, 5/19, and 5/26, which will be your week 5 weigh in day. Let me know if you have any questions.
