Stalling?

Hey y’all, I’ve been doing low carb for a few weeks now and it’s been about a month total and I’ve gone from 227 down to 219 but I fear I’m stalling out? What do you do to get over this hump and how many carbs do y’all eat a day? I eat somewhere between 35-100? Thanks!

    In a stall myself right now, but expect them at this point. The body always needs time to adjust and allow you to reset your weight "set point". Keep at it, maybe add some fasting, and don't get discouraged. It's a normal part of losing weight for ANY WOE. :)

    What works for me is to change up what I am eating. I tend to eat the same things every day. When I feel my weight loss slowing down I find something different to eat for lunch and/or dinner. Keto/low carb friendly of course.
