Welcome to the May 2019 Ultimate Accountability Challenge!

Some of you have been with this challenge for months and some are brand new. This is one of the hardest challenges to stay with throughout the entire month. FOCUS, FOCUS, FOCUS!! Log every BLT (Bite, Lick, Taste). Stay strong and true to yourself....YOU WILL SUCCEED!!

Please feel free to share as much information as you feel comfortable sharing about yourself with the rest of the group. I look forward to getting to know all of you a little better.

    Me too! After 50+ years it’s hard to break that habit!! Grrrr. Looking over the past month, that’s the biggest reason I went over my calorie limit.
    I used to have a list of the difference between real hunger and emotional hunger but can’t find it. I think I’ll look that up, print it out, and tape it to my forehead in the afternoon/evening!

    Hi peeps! Looking forward to the challenge. I've no problem with the exercise (Les Mills BODYCOMBAT and soon to be CXWORX instructor here!) My problem lies with my diet, and I know it's because I'm not logging every food and beverage religiously! Hoping that this challenge will keep me accountable so I can start to see that number on the scale and around my waist/hips go down!

    Love me some Les Mills. How inspiring that you’re an instructor! You must be quite an athlete. My goal is to feel like an athlete again... and a lot of that is food.
    Hello emotional eating! May is going to be a good month. I just know something good is going to happen. Can’t wait to see.
