    Exercise? Yes nearly a 45 relaxing walk with the family after dinner (start a squat challenge tomorrow on one of my fb groups lol)

    Calories? Under but I met my macros and I do fast so eh

    Track? Yes. Hard sometimes remembering to do it with 3 kids, one of which is crawling now and I have a good sense of what I'm eating by now.

    I have hit a plateau. Need to change something up. Increase ex and take a really good look at food. I am getting good night sleep each night.

    Maybe try intermittent fasting or a carb up day. Trick your metabolism. Then readjust your macros. They say to look at your caloric needs etc after each 10lb loss and esp if you exercise more. The more active you are, the more your body needs replenishing.

    Tough day yesterday. Tired, and going to start my period, there was cake at work and low self control. After the cake I sort gave up. I logged it all and when I completed my entry MFP told me my projected weight in 5 weeks if every day was like yesterday... wow!

    Back at it today.

    My scale is in! I weighed today, and either I gained weight or my old scale was way off! Can we use my new correct weight as my starting weight?

    No internet last night so posting yesterday's daily check-in:
    Exercise? Yes, forgot & left FitBit charging so not sure how exactly much was accomplished.
    Calorie budget? 6 over, it was our anniversary last night so I splurged on sharing dessert w/DH (I think/hope the extra exercise took care of those extra 6 calories!)
    Log food/drink? Yes, every bit
