Hello again and also welcome to anyone looking at this and wondering if this is for you, just give it a try!

You can post your weight here and also in the Keto Monthly Challenge Spreadsheet which Nikki updates.

Feel very welcome to join, we usually post our weigh Sundays and use the 'Keto Monthly Challenge Spreadsheet' also in 'Announcements' to track weight.

We use this thread to encourage each other and to add our weight as well if we want to and generally chat!

It's fun and it's been working and we've lost a shed load of weight between us. It seems to keep us going and even if we go up occasionally (and who doesn't!) we get back to it and continue the journey.

    Hi Everyone

    I'm aiming to be full keto this month eating mostly mince beef as it's cheap and high protein.

    SW 179.3
    GW 136.4

    May goal: 162.8

    I wish everyone luck this month. It's great to be accountable.

    I make my meat patties in a sandwich press with baking paper so it doesn't make a mess. I make 100g patties which I weigh so I can get the calories just right in fitness pal.

    Welcome to every one! I won't be weighing in as we leave for holiday tomorrow and we're not back till beginning of June. Goodness knows what my first weigh in will be like for June mmmmm!

    Hello everyone! Looking forward to the May Challenge! I have been a member of this group for a while but this is my first time joining the challenge. My goal for May is to work out at least three times per week and lose four (4) pounds.
