    Exercise yes
Made step goal, walked the dogs and had about 3 hours of housework including scrubbing a tile floor, I am going to finish my stair goal before I go to bed.
    Calories yes
I've been able not to use any of my exercise calories so far this month. I know this may change. I try not to use more than half of my exercise minutes. Even then only occasionally,

Really enjoying the groups comments and determination. It inspires me so much!!

@BonnieHosk85 Way to get your exercise in!! I walk at rest stops too when I travel. People think I'm crazy but I don't care. It makes me feel better and if I'm being active I tend to eat less junk food which is hard to do traveling. Sometimes I will stop at the large stores like Wal-Mart just to get my walking in.

Planned Pass Day #2 for me today!

Got up and ran 3 miles this morning and clocked 23K+ steps, but definitely over calories today and not logging as planned. :)

I'll be back to normal tomorrow!

    @RangerRickL Four years! That's amazing!

Yes X 3 for me. A little under the weather so just got 20 minutes on my stationary bike at a leisurely pace, and just squeaked by calorie-wise, but this is the first day in a long time that I didn't comfort eat while feeling IBS-ish. So I'm happy.

At the risk of looking like a copy-cat, we had an amazing visitor to the bird feeder today that I want to share ( @ShareASmile thank you for that beautiful dear photo  ).

What a visitor @RangerRickL! Iโ€™m thinking it didnโ€™t make it into the bird houses in the pic ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜‚ Thanks for sharing, so cool!

@AmyHammons1, good luck on with your Marathon tomorrow! ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ ๐Ÿ Youโ€™ve got this!!!๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿป

I think I exercised for 20 minutes? My 3 1/2 year old granddaughter slept over so there was a lot of running around. Tag and hide and seek!

I did track. The weekends are hard for me. Since not a structured day like a work day

I went over budget by 100 calories. Pretty close

Iโ€™m weighing my self once a week. Iโ€™m
Hoping to see a positive result on Wednesday. Iโ€™m
Going to keep it up daily and hopefully week by week see a difference!

    Tracked?: Yes

    Exercised?: Yes.
No Cycling for me today, woke up to the sound of hail on the windows and decided to stay in bed. We were out and about though watching the professional cyclists in the Tour de Yorkshire and I managed several brisk walks, total over 1 hour walking.

    Calories?: Yes.
Yes, another tougher day but a deficit of 300ish Calories is just fine.

@am_change Thanks, Glad to see you are here.
@AmyHammons1 A Marathon, wow, I hope you enjoy it.

    3 Xโ€™s Yes
One hour Saturday morning boot camp.
Dangerously low on calories. This was a Saturday where I had to do it all, it was hard and I didnโ€™t bring enough snacks. Lesson learned.
I will have to be diligent this Sunday as I will be spending a lot of time at my desk getting paperwork and emails ready for the week. Itโ€™s easy for me to over eat when Iโ€™m stationary.
On a positive note my Saturday was a touch over 20hrs of non-stop moving and my energy and mood were fantastic.
The hard part is keeping that energy up this Sunday with less sleep then normal. Iโ€™m going to start by getting my butt to the gym to get the oxygen flowing and my heart rate up.

@windowqueen2003, I do feel funny doing it, but I just ignore them. Started raining on my last stop so didn't get as many minutes walking as I wanted and I was just too beat from all the work helping my son to get on the bike last night. I feel great after getting a good night's rest in my own bed.

That's a great idea to walk in a large store. I'll remember that for my next trip.

    Pass #1.

Big event plans went sideways and had to scramble for any food I could get.

Note to self: Start packing a contingency meal to prevent these kinds of mixups.
