No Cycling for me today, woke up to the sound of hail on the windows and decided to stay in bed. We were out and about though watching the professional cyclists in the Tour de Yorkshire and I managed several brisk walks, total over 1 hour walking.
Calories?: Yes.
Yes, another tougher day but a deficit of 300ish Calories is just fine.

One hour Saturday morning boot camp.
Dangerously low on calories. This was a Saturday where I had to do it all, it was hard and I didn’t bring enough snacks. Lesson learned.
I will have to be diligent this Sunday as I will be spending a lot of time at my desk getting paperwork and emails ready for the week. It’s easy for me to over eat when I’m stationary.
On a positive note my Saturday was a touch over 20hrs of non-stop moving and my energy and mood were fantastic.
The hard part is keeping that energy up this Sunday with less sleep then normal. I’m going to start by getting my butt to the gym to get the oxygen flowing and my heart rate up.3 -

@windowqueen2003, I do feel funny doing it, but I just ignore them. Started raining on my last stop so didn't get as many minutes walking as I wanted and I was just too beat from all the work helping my son to get on the bike last night. I feel great after getting a good night's rest in my own bed.
That's a great idea to walk in a large store. I'll remember that for my next trip.4 -
