May 6: PASS DAY 1
Tracked and stayed within targets but did not exercise. Left hip was aching. Pain started a few weeks back then I discovered the cause was my running shoes (right one made in China and left one made in Vietnam and the left one felt higher than the right, causing a height discrepancy). Changed out the shoes and problem improved dramatically but I did hike more than normal yesterday so taking today as a rest day.8 -

May 4, 5 & 6 - Yes to all!
Spent most of the last 3 days painting an entire 2 bedroom apartment(one more day of work left) so no problem getting exercise. Since there was nothing social this weekend, no problem staying in calorie range. The only reason I tracked ALL of my food over the weekend is because of this group so I’m thankful for that. 1 week in and I’m already feeling better!10 -
3 X’s Yes
One hour Cardio and strength class. Nicely under by less then 100 calories.7 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - very! 30 minutes official on the mini-trampoline - and before that over 11000 before I even got home from work (far more than the avg work day in the 6000's) PLUS two after-supper walks.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Very-very!
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

@MadisonMolly2017 Recently, in a statement of appreciation, I nominated you as the UAC cheerleader. It brings me joy to experience gifts in that role.
My deepest joy is within my marriage to Rose and our children and grandchildren. An example of my avocational joy was leading a 4 year old horse on a walk from our barn to the creek. I work very slowly with a new horse to build trust and relationship.
My report for today:
Exercise: 33 minutes treadmill walking at 4 mph while listening to Ian Tyson songs
Tracking: okay
Calories: under by a nice margin12 -

@MadisonMolly2017 There are online yoga classes? This sounds interesting, would you have any links to good ones?
I'm finally checking in for he first time this month, it's been pass days so far, I've been away for a long weekend in Paris.
Exercise has happened, Saturday was the big day with 39,000 steps up and down the Seine between tourist attractions (daughter was miffed that I made her walk up the steps of the Eiffel Tower rather than get the lift, but also pleased that she had).
Tracking didn't happen, I logged my '2500 cals, I'm on holiday' meal.
Did I go over on calories eaten? Highly likely, though a large breakfast did mean daytime eating was confined to one pastry rather than an extra meal. Evening meals weren't too bad.
Back to the grind today though.8 -

Exercise yes
Lots of exercise today. Met my step and stairs goal.
Calories yes
Was going to have a planned pass day. However I did not eat much earlier in the day. Was able to make good choices eating out. Today my husband and I had a goal realized that was worthy of a celebration.
Tracked yes
Meditating on the beauty of creation and giving honor and credit to the one that created it brings me joy. Finding something special in each day, whether it's a hug from a special friend, a loving glance from my dear husband or just a what's app from our daughter living in another country saying she though about us. My sweet doggies, flowers and beautifulI scenery....live sunsets
