Enough Calories

So i am on week 3 of eating dirty keto. I use to only count cals on here and would be able to get 1300 no prob. Now that im doing keto and anything that fits into my low carbs, are also low cals for the most part, im finding i reach my carb count way before I reach my calories. Depending on the day, (as i looked back through after seeing people talk about forgetting to look at cals and are actually not eating enough), I seem to be anywhere from 800 - 1200. I guess i cant seem to find the balance of how to stay in my carbs - but also reach my cals. #help

    You counting net carbs? Subtracting the fiber?

    My question would be are you eating enough fat and protein? A good portion of your calories should be coming from your fat and protein intake. I believe it is approximately 0.68 grams of protein per pound of body weight per day.
