Moving through May

As we all know, diet is only a small part of weight loss. The biggest part is getting our buns in gear! My activity goal for May is to average 5000 steps a day. (That's up @500 from April.)
I'm also getting a bike out of the shed this weekend so I can start riding a few days a week. I have three to choose from, an old hybrid from Target, a refurbished Japanese 10 speed and a Citizen Tokyo folding bike. The folder is surprisingly heavy, but so cute! I'm not winning races on any of them, but it's still fun.
I told my son we're getting bikes out and he kinda smirked at me. He starts his day job on Saturday and is already looking for something for evenings. His study abroad year is approaching quickly!
