    Yes x 3. Did a 56 min HIIT Fitness Blender video with my daughter today. Burpees...blech.

    I’m very much a Ted Talks fan although I tend to read the transcript rather than watch the video. So much faster.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 3 mile run this morning outside and very active work day -- ending the day with 18K+ steps

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under by 4 calories! LOL
