    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?4 hours hiking + 30 min swim to recuperate. (24,304 steps to date, 12 out of 12 active hours! Ready for bed!)

    Exercise: 40” walk. It was much slower than usual (3 mph) but since I was wearing a knee brace and being cautious with the knee, I’m calling it a win! Also did cleaning, laundry and sorting for packing for upcoming trip.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 1 hour walk (with DH & Annie) and 1 hour low impact aerobics. Had to do extra exercise to compensate for the homemade strawberry rhubarb pie I made today. It was good pie...but my muscles are shaky, now, from the exercises. Included some short workouts for hips & thighs, arms, core, back, chest, cardio etc. from Gilad's videos.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes. It was really a poor nutrition day, though, so I used most all of those exercise calories today.

    Re: Contingency plans, I’m injury prone, so I use a variety of exercise equipment (home or at the gym) so that I can still be active. If I can’t run, maybe I can use the elliptical, but probably I can row or cycle. If all else fails I can exercise in the pool.

    Intentional Pass Day (3/3). This head cold is kicking my butt. I'm eating well and staying within my calories but exercise is nearly impossible. Oh well. Do my best and move on.
