    Intentional Pass Day (3/3). This head cold is kicking my butt. I'm eating well and staying within my calories but exercise is nearly impossible. Oh well. Do my best and move on.

    One hour boot camp strength and cardio class. Once again super under on calories.
    I am a crazy hustler when it comes to working. I’m now a wedding bartender on Saturdays. It’s fun and exhausting and there is no time to eat. I’m living on string cheese, peanut butter and deli turkey.

    Graduation day for our son but the Contingency Travel Plan worked, trusty old treadmill followed by lots of walking for sight-seeing and getting to and from the graduation venue.
