    Hi guys! It's been a while, but I think I need to join the challenge again as I've gone a little too slack with my diet & exercise (gaining 20-25lbs)

    the challenge's description says we're allowed to join til the 7th of each month but I was still able to join today on the 12th and I just wanted to know if I'm allowed to do that or if I gotta wait til June, I don't wanna be intrusive lol

    Calories? Yes, although, yet, again, not the best day for nutrition. Out for Mother's Day breakfast resulting in more calories than usual...then a piece of ice cream cake to celebrate DIL's birthday this afternoon. Didn't leave much room for good food choices. Tomorrow will be a new day!

    Yes x 3, did 25 min on the bike.

    Explained UAC to my family otherwise it would have been impossible to sneak off for those 25 minutes (full house this weekend). Very happy to be able to use this challenge as justification to get some exercise in even on busy days.

    Just barely made it for exercise but unloading the car from travel and walking the dogs saved the goal!
