I love the happiness of all of these people. Andrew is a person with special needs. He is mounted on a horse that I raised and trained for equine assisted therapy and activity. The young assistants serve others as volunteers. Even, Major, the Haflinger horse, looks happy.

Love going back to see all your beautiful pet pictures. They are good companions. My mother and grandmother had several of them- dogs and cats. I love them but the activities in my life right now does not give me the chance to care for them the way I will love to.8 -

@RangerRickL Equine assisted therapy is a wonderful way to bring joy to the physically and/or emotionally challenged. We have EquiCenter in our area that offers similar therapeutic services.5 -
Exercise - Yes 3, 20-30 minute dog walks, mowed lawn, and snuck in a 30 minute beginner peloton ride over lunch

First pass day for me. Tracked calories and am way under goal but too sick to exercise. Just a head cold though, nothing serious.
I have two good friends who train puppies for various assistance positions but I was unaware that equine assisted therapy was a thing. I googled and see that it’s happening near me too (Toronto). Very cool. Great pic.6 -

14th Pass Day
Exercise? No, only got 10 minutes in. Starting exercises on my knee. Still milking the fall on the ice I took in Feb. Went to the doctor again on Monday and he said it's a patella syndrome. Starting tonight with 20 minutes of home PT each evening.
Calories? Nope...…..took the neighbor's out for dinner for feeding our dogs during our Louisiana trip.
Tracked? Yes! It's been a challenge for me this past month or two to keep tracking. That is my goal this week. TRACK EVERYTHING! (I'm yelling it at myself here
