Anyone doing low carb an intermittent fasting?

    Technically I'm Keto, but yes. I do 16:8 or 18:6 most days and also do a 23-24 fast two or so times per week. I love it. I'm never hungry in the morning anyway, so pushing back my first meal of the day has been easy. Thinking back, I think that this is just how I'm meant to eat. For as long as I can remember, probably from Middle School on, I never ate breakfast. Never missed it. Was never overweight.

    I do Keto and 18:6. I am still new to it. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks Keto and I’ve been IF for about a week.

    I do many days, not every day. If hubby is home late in the morning I’ll often have breakfast with him - usually just an ounce or two of cheese. But most days if it’s just me, I won’t eat anything till 2. And I always try to stop eating at 7.

    I do keto and some days do 16:8 and others just eat OMAD then I do random 24 hour fasts. I just go with how my body feels each day :-)

    I'm "moderate carb" (less than 100g, more around 75g) and I IF Mon-Sat. Only exception in on Sunday, to have lunch with my family. As I have a quite low calorie allotment (1250, as I'm female, short, 51 years old and losing weight), it's a lot easier to stay in track with a time reduced eating window. Some days is 18:6, others 20:4, others OMAD, depending on when I'm hungry :)

    Yes. I mix it up a lot though. Sometimes Omar, sometimes add (alternate day fast), and some extended fasting as well. Today I am day 3 of a 4.5 day fast. It really helps stalls and breaking bad habits.

    Yep, loving it, having great results. Low carb wholefoods only, 3x42 hour fasts per week, 3 weeks into this fasting protocol.
