Pass day 4/3 for me. I had a bad migraine and exercised later in the day, but had to eat to get sugar levels up and try to feel better. I'm out but will still keep checking in daily!6

I'm thankful for this group as many have mentioned. It motivates me just knowing you guys are there working sise by side with similar goals. The obesity epidemic and the sedentary lifestyle is cutting life short for way to many people.

Luckily I have a spreadsheet that I track everything in. I had to look at it to remember where I left off. I got a summer cold on Wednesday thru Saturday. I am still stuffy back thankfully I can function again. I think summer colds are the worst!!2 -
