Yes x1 for Friday, which means pass day #4! Out of the circle, but i did anticipate it. Friday was a road trip and now im with friends for a long weekend thats built around food and music. Gonna be alot of walking but alot of untrackable food. Ill try to log it but im surely going over calorie limits at least one of these weekend days.5

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, finished the forst week of C25K!
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Right on target, didn't eat any exercise calories.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yup.3 -

Friday 5/24 Pass Day/Sick
Luckily I have a spreadsheet that I track everything in. I had to look at it to remember where I left off. I got a summer cold on Wednesday thru Saturday. I am still stuffy back thankfully I can function again. I think summer colds are the worst!!2 -
