Hello everyone!!! I've been playing around with banana pancake recipes since so many of them online are a FLOP. I've finally figured out what I think is a great banana pancake and I'm excited to share the recipe for other pancake lovers! They're so good that I'm making them for a 3rd day in a row (no guilt!)
Recipe:
2 Ripe Bananas
2 Tbsp white flour (or sub for another flour)
2 Eggs
1/4 tsp baking powder
Directions:
-Whisk eggs and baking powder together in a separate bowl or cup
-Mash bananas and add in flour and whisked eggs
-Cook in a greased or nonstick pan over medium-low heat. Flip the pancake when it starts to firm up and you can see bubbles throughout (about 4 minutes each side)
Makes about 10-12 four-inch pancakes
Total Calories: 409
I like to eat mine with Walden Farms Zero Calorie Maple Syrup (it's SO GOOD)!!!
Enjoy
