Hi Fit4U group,
Please join me in the following challenges. Do one or all three, like me. Of course, check with your health professional first. I plan to make this an eBook in the future, but I wanted to share it with you first. If you want me to send you the Excel sheets that I am using, please contact me at tonyacgeceo@yahoo.com
A). 100 Day Challenge- Weigh Ins (See below)
. 100 Days "Fit-Ercize Challenge" by Dr. Tonya Blackmon (See Excel)
I commit to work out for 100 days STRAIGHT (Any combination)
1). I commit to do at least 30 minutes of daily exercise.
a) DO stretch/mobilize/flex 30 minutes on Rest days
b) Do Cardio 4X per week Walk/Run or Combo
c) Do Strength Training 2X per week
C). Fit-Fuel (See Excel)
a) Do a weekly meal plan and cook/meal prep all meals 2 days in advance.
Total calories for daily meals: 1200 (200X6)
Eating times- 8 am,10 am, Noon, 1 pm,3 pm, 5 pm,7 pm
b) Agua Plan- Drink full bottle water with each meal (=2 cups)
a. Goal: Have 10 cups drank by 3 pm
b. Drink 1 full cup herbal tea at 7 pm and desert/snack
