Days 2 and 3!

It was 10:30 last night before I got my butt in gear, but I did it! My booty is definitely feeling those squats and lunges today, too! Last night I used my Seconds Pro file instead of watching the video; it's an interval timer that allows you to set your own intervals and reads each interval name aloud. I just copied the workout into the file, so I don't have to have the video on down in my basement gym (where streaming isn't always the best). The files are shareable, so let me know if you want it, and I can put it in my Dropbox or something.

My body has been sore since day 2! I think the biggest challenge for me is watching what I eat 😖 I went from eating whatever I wanted and minimal to none movement to limiting my caloric intake and exercising0
