    Pass Day 1
    Exercise: 45 mins PT exercises & Ex Bike
    Calories over by 262 - have been tired. Thought I needed more food...
    Trying to adjust to new exercise requests by PT. I keep doing something that inflamed my hip, so she’s having cut out (temporarily on my walking, hikes, etc. - I’m going to have to learn to eat less- while we do these experiments.

    Ugh! Sorry you are struggling with this. Do you have a pool available? I found the pool a great option before my knee replacement when weight-bearing exercise was out of the picture. I still do the pool a couple of days a week, just for range of motion exercises.
