Exercise: Yes, 20 min power walk to the store & back, then 20min strength training. It's gonna rain til next Tuesday so no chance of outdoor walks til then i hate being cooped up indoors with a passion lol

already starting to see my physique change, back to where I want it to be. i feel impatient but i keep looking forward to see how much progress i'll make by October, that's my goal date and i just gotta keep reminding myself that. i wanna look good in my fall/winter clothes and i wanna be able to go into maintenance calories to fit in my cold weather comfort foods.

Calories - over - I'm so hungry these last few days and today I decided to give myself some grace but not over do it. I am thinking it's hormonal. Do any women up their calories a bit according to their cycles?

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 3 mile run outside this morning to celebrate Global Running Day, plus 14 minutes of strength to get me warmed up.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under! I really wanted ice cream tonight, but I opted for a nectarine and watermelon instead. Very proud of myself.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes and under!
@RangerRickL I got to visit Bridal Veil Falls for the first time last year during a roundtrip to Spokane and Coeur d'Alene. It's absolutely amazing! Beautiful photos!8 -
