    Exercised: 30 minutes strength training + 29K steps (including a 5K run along the canal as a lunch break at work. It was hot but worth it!)

    Calories: Yes

    Tracked: Yes

    Great questions from everyone! I can immediately think of different ones but will come back if more spring to mind.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 57 minutes of strength training this morning, and an almost 1.5 mile walk this evening. Plus I'll be playing darts tonight for an hour before karaoke!

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!

    @jan110144 and @craigo3154, great questions! I love these questions as they help us all get to know each other, especially since a lot of us are the same people back month after month.
