    Comment: A lot going on here - newly graduated, missing my however small (online) cohort, looking for job in new career, wanting to drop my draining weekend job and change housing, and lose weight - a lot going on.

    Positive thought: I have felt better the last couple of weeks than I have in a really long time. New meds are working!
    Best snack: trying out small portions of a trail mix with dried berries, seeds, and nuts for snacks.
    Best workout: Trying to walk more.

    Coming with feeling better is an appetite out of this world. I am working on trying to deal with this and not overeat.

    Apparently I forgot to weigh in last week... I am making no progress on either weight loss or getting faster at running, it seems. I can, however, confirm that I have found maintenance (and tbh it’s a disappointingly small amount of calories!).
