    10 in 20 on track? YES for Day 9-11 of 20. Dropped 08.6 lbs then 3 days of gain. Calories have been good & exercise back on track, so must just be normal fluctuations
    Hydration? YES
    Supplements? YES
    Sleep? FAIL mostly. One night of solid sleep.
    BP monitoring - back on track.
