Those are pass days 3 and 4 for the month of June. Not binge eating exactly, but giving into my urge to eat in the evening when I’ve already used up my calorie allotment . It’s been a tiresome week for me health wise and I’m fighting some self pity. Ah well7 -

Sorry to hear that you're fighting self pity. I hear you, what I call "poor me" eating is my biggest challenge. Hope life gets better in a hurry.

@lalabank, I've heard of the light alarms but have never actually seen/used one. (Since I rarely use an alarm anyway, it didn't seem like a sensible investment for me.) I'm so glad it's working for your husband given the swing shifts--I am very grateful for my stable work schedule these days. I don't use it as much these days, but I have an air purifier from when I lived with my housemate's cats, and it worked the same as the white noise machine. Great for sleep.
