Yesterday, @_JeffreyD_ made me laugh with his exercise of 'picking up a grandson".
As you think about your favorite exercise ( and you can be funny too if you wish), what is your favorite exercise?
My two favorite exercises are riding a nice horse on a beautiful summer day and hiking in the Arizona desert.
What about you?9 -

Exercised?: Yes. (25 mins bodyweight exercises)
Calories?: Yes
Tracked?: Yes
No break late in the rain to go for a walk, so did bodyweight exercises instead (been a while, need to do more regular sessions of these).
Busy work day as well, and another busy one planned for tomorrow.
@RangerRickL. My favourite exercise is walking (as tonights bodyweight was exhausting). Walking I get to see things, listen to books, learn languages or even just have time to think.

Swimming is my fav but don't do it often enough7 -
Yes x 3 today. Clearly, my favorite exercise is riding. It's pretty much like an automatic 'yes' for me each day, since I typically ride 7 days a week from 1 to 3 hours, depending on how many horses I ride. In addition, I typically do strength training 2-3 times a week and pool exercises 2x a week, both of which I enjoy (but not as much as riding )7

hi there. tracked and at target number. using pre set meals again still going well. I'm enjoying walking my daughter to and from.school at the moment- even in the rain which has seemed endless this past week. best wishes all x8

Yes x 3. Exercise was 30 min interval run/walk and 30 min on the stationary bike.
My favourite exercise is running, but I have had limitations in recent years, so I had to learn to love cycling for cardio. Cycling is easy to love if you have trails close by, and I have a bike on a stand in front of a tv for bad weather days.
Lots of other forms of exercise that I love too, including lifting grandkids8 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, recumbent bike, 21 minutes, 6.20 miles
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
My favorite exercises are: horseback riding, walking on the beach, hiking trails or greenways, dancing like a fool (I'm somewhere between Elaine on Seinfeld and Julianne Hough), swimming, biking, and the rowing machine. I'm not able to do some of these at the time because of knee pain so most days it's the recumbent bike. Hoping as I get more weight off my knees will be kinder to me and I'll be able to get out and do more.

3 X’s Yes
One hour aerobics class with the ladies. About 200 under on calories, working on keeping it closer to my limit. The body needs enough fuel.
I’m pretty darn active in everyday life and I do love when I can say 4hrs of gardening is my exercise or a day setting up the local market.
But I also am a total class girl and try to get an hour every day in. I love group workouts. Lately I’m super into anything that pushes me outside of my comfort zone- I want an hour of WORK. Lots of HIIT, lots of battleropes, sleds, squats, weights, thousands of jumping jacks. I want to sweat and push! Oh and kickboxing is a favorite. Oh but I also love yoga and piyo. And step.
This is like asking which child is your favorite...8 -

Calories? Yes, again without exercise!!

My absolute favorite exercise was when I lived in Imperial Beach, after dinner my husband would clean up the table/dishes and I would head out for my walk, which included a path along the beach. Nothing like listening to the waves crash around you while the seagulls and children sing and play. That feeling of the sunshine hitting your face while the breeze cools you off, it was so enjoyable. I still enjoy my walking a lot. Like several have mentioned, preferably outside in nature. I also found a new favorite a couple of years ago, Cize. Choregraphed dancing. Like Tom Jones back up dancers!! LOL I always thought that would be so fun
