Can anyone recommend what goals my diet breakdown should be on here? What percentage carbs, fats and protein? I'm almost in trimester 3

I am trying for 50% carb, 25% fat, 25% protein. Give or take.0

I’m trying for 30% carbs or less, 40% protein and 30% fat, happy for carbs to be a bit lower as I have gestational diabetes apparently. (I’m skeptical of my diagnosis)0
