Another work day away from home.
Long walk in the dark (sunset here at 5:00pm and don't finish till after then).
Limited food choices on a low gluten diet when travelling. WAY under today.
Joined UAC for next month.

Lovely summery day here today. Nice ride around the fields with one horse (finalky dry enough) after working the first and then a late lunch on the patio. Walk after dinner.. Yes x 3.4

I have to admit that I sometimes scan through posts when pushed for time, and yesterday, I scrolled down to the piece at the bottom of your post, which I thought was a very pertinent expansion on your original discussion suggestion, which Rick had reposted at the top of the thread. Your words certainly resonated with me.
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. 17 strength, 25 yoga, 45 clearing out our wee boat ready to have her new engine fitted.

Exercise: Yes, couldn't workout so I stayed active by baking & cleaning lol
Calories: Yes, what I miss out on yesterday I made up for today

made a wonderful sponge cake today, it came out so light & fluffy and tasted like how my grandmother made it! got my period today so it explains the awful feelings from the past week or so and i wanted to "eat my feelings" with cake & chocolate pudding and that's exactly what I did but I still ate healthy and within my calorie goal and the cake was so worth it! i hate the bloating tho, it makes it seem like i gained a bunch of weight and i gotta keep reminding myself it's only temporary so i don't just say "screw it it's not working" and binge eat.
joined July's UAC! Can't wait to conquer another month of healthy living!
But now that summer's officially here, i just want it to end already lol i enjoyed it enough but now i hate the heat and i want Fall to get here ASAP, but then I remember after July we still got August AND September, ughhh October is so far away. But it also means I have plenty of time to make progress, I need to be able to wear my jeans without a muffin top this year.6 -

My gym is closed for classes Mon-Thurs next week and I’m really sad! I’m checking one out a bit further away and im not worried about getting my exercise. I just really love the classes I take.7 -
