Did I miss NomNom Paleo?? (blog/website) I thought that was a big one! I like her anyway!

Paleo Diet for Athletes (book) Dr. Cordain and others.

    What about Paleohacks.com??
I just subscribe to the emails from Paleohacks as they also have great stuff like free conferences.

I'm knew to this group and appreciate all the information. I agree that there is no perfect diet that fist everybody. You have to know what makes sense for you and your body! What is gold for one person can be poison to another. Learn to pay attention how your body, reacts to what you eat. The Paleo approach works for me because it has many of the foods that make me feel the best! Thanks for all the good information. Another good book is Grain Brain, by David Perlmutter, MD. Not sure if Robb Wolf's book, The Paleo Solution has been mentioned but it is a very good intro to this approach.

I've read a couple of paleo/primal books even though I'm really new to this whole thing. Marksdailyapple, and his book the Primal Blueprint are great for new people. Practical Paleo has a ton of information for anyone who is new and looking for a, well, practical guide to it. Also, for anyone with autoimmune conditions, Dr. Sarah Ballantyne's website, paleomom, and her book The Paleo Approach are wonderful resources. The Paleo Approach covers lifestyle, diet, exercise, literally everything you'd need to help fine tune your lifestyle for treating an autoimmune condition. Wellnessmama.com is a huge website with an insane amount of resources for health, diet, beauty, child-rearing, just about anything and everything you'd want to know. She doesn't identify as paleo or primal, but a lot of her principals fit in nicely with the movements.

Just wanted to note, "Against All Grain" has almond flour in a lot of the baking recipes, and nuts are not on the AIP.

I'm currently addicted to Michelle Tam at Nom Nom Paleo and her two books. I found my first few things on Pinterest.
