@mulecanter Venezuelan Bolivars will be fine as long as they are acceptable currency for the scale gods. Apparently I forgot to pay them this week. Either that or they are setting me up for a big loss next week! Every day except today, I have been at or below last week's weight!3

I ate weird yesterday because I felt awful (yeah...probably the wine from Tuesday night, but I only had about 8 oz!) But I was still well within calories and 2 pounds lighter yesterday! I also had a higer sodium to see if that would help and potentially the pickle juice I drank just before bed did not help today's weigh-in!

Hello team Trimstone! Happy to be here. I am a 61 year old woman and live in MA. I have a decent knowledge of nutrition and fitness, but have difficulty losing weight. It's a case of 90% of the time I'm on track, but boy oh boy, that 10% is what keeps getting me. I've joined this challenge because I could use some accountability and motivation. @jenready Sorry about the vertigo! Hope it resolves soon! How is your water intake? Are you drinking enough? How about electrolytes? Sorry if I am stating what could be the obvious!
Both are good per my physicians but neither they or the specialists they have sent me to can seem to find a cause for it yet. I've been dealing with it for months but for some reason this past week has been pretty bad.3 -

Welcome to one of the best support groups on MFP! I think you'll like it here. As soon as begin the July chart, with Week 1, we'll get you added, but great job on your format...make sure you post on Mondays first thing in the AM and you'll be off and running. We have your starting weight, but you'll want to post on July 1st as you'll probably have a change between now and then.
Take a second to introduce yourself and post as often as you like...some of us talk more than others!

I want to say thanks to all of ya'll who supported Trimstones' group challenge and started posting more. It's nice to see the conversations flowing again and it's great that we all support and nudge each other when needed. This is a GREAT group and I love ya'll so much for all the great ideas, suggestions, recipes, exercise tips, nutrition info and most of all PET PICS you give!!!
Now, let'e keep up the momentum! Let's make July a wonderful chatty month! Hope all of you have a great weekend!
