    Hello All, my name is linda from Nigeria 👋 and I love good food. I have been on and off with my Keto. In 2016, I lost about 9kg but put it all back on. For one month now I have been consistent and dropped 5kg, 8 more to go. I like the fact that I am not bloated and tired anymore, my confidence level has gone up. I have decided this is going to be a long term lifestyle. I need all the support I can get. Thanks.

    Hi everyone. I never saw any of these messages on my phone. I'm actually on my PC currently. Anywho, I started keto 2.14.19 and stopped in April after loosing about 10lbs. I wasn't feeling great anymore and decided to take a quick hiatus...quick turned long. I felt worse not being on keto. Bloated and sluggish.

    Back at it though. Today is my 4th day and I'm feeling great!

    My biggest struggle is not having varieties of fruit and not having alcohol. Those have been my cheats. I love berries but I love apples, pineapple, cantaloupe, etc. too. lol

    Hi 1Shoyos! I am also in and out of Keto, I travel for work, so my nutrition is very out of balance. My biggest issue is also alcohol lol. I still cheat, but I can’t resist a good hamburger with the bun, a beer and French fries.
    I do have MCT oil with me at all times, it does help since I continue to lose weight just not at the same rate I did before.

    Hi all. I am just starting Keto. I have been dieting for years, and have WAY too much diet junk in my brain that needs to be reset. In the past I used MFP for a low cal lifestyle... that was YEARS ago.
