Exercised?: Yes! I did a 20 min ab workout from the nike training app.
Im trying to do a real "workout" workout for at least 20 minutes each day of the month, on top of my already strenuous work, proud that I got this in! (flood mitigation; lots of hiking and walking long distances!)

Like 2000 over, oops. I need to start consistantly eating my calories! Yesterday I only ate 1400 on a 2200 goal, I think thats why I overate so much today, plus I was cooking for my team! I live and work with 11 other people at the moment,
but will be done around July 19th. 👍(Americorps NCCC! Message me of you want to know more!)

Hi Rick - yes, for two days a week you limit the amount of calories to 500 - 600 a day and on the other days you can eat to your tdee. I’ve seen a lot of successful stories about this so thought I would give this a go along with your challenge to keep me on track. Day one has worked, but if I find the low calorie option too hard I will stick to the basic counting calories2 -

Calories: nice margin below my limit
Exercise: I had hoped to get lots of outside work done, but due to heat and humidity, I settled for 27 minutes of treadmill walking
Tracking: good7 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, went to the gym after work and did 25 minutes cardio and 28 minutes strength training. Also did some sporadic strength throughout the day.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes with 305 calories to spare.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Sure did!Sure did!7 -

Exercise: Yes, 35 minutes walking my dog, Rascal. I really need to get into the gym to do some more intense exercise, but the walking is doing fine for me right now.
Calories: Yes, I'm still banking calories so I can go over a little bit on the 4th of July. I ate about 15% under today.
