Exercise? Yes, 30 minutes total low impact aerobics with Jane and Gilad
Calories? Yes, pleased to report that while I went without breakfast, lunch and snacks today I was therefore able to stay within my calorie allowance for the day which included a small glass of wine with my birthday dinner (69 years young today ) and ice cream. I ate only half of my dinner and brought the rest home for tomorrow.

Yes x 3 today. Got a really late start to the day since the Corgi did not deal well with the fireworks last night. It got hot early, so I gave Annie an extra day off and used the time to check off a couple of the house projects on my to do list before I went to the gym this afternoon. Hopefully, Macy will have a better night tonight ... I could use a good night's sleep!5

Kansas City, MO is famous for at least these two things: Jazz music and a plethora of BBQ ribs and meats. Unfortunately, only jazz fits within my daily calorie limit. So as to enjoy a visit to a place called, A Little BBQ Joint, I happily spent a July Pass Day.
Tomorrow, it’s back on track.
I did get over an hour of walking too.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Took advantage of having the day off and kayaked for 2 hours this morning with my hubby. It was wonderful, except my arms hurt from just typing this now. LOL
